2024 tax statements will be mailed by January 31, 2025, for donations of $250 or more. If you donated less than $250 to the Diocese of Austin in 2024 and would like a tax statement, please contact the Donor Services office at (512) 949-2442 or by email [email protected].

Everything we have, everything we are and everything we will become is a gift from Almighty God. As stewards of those gifts, we are called to return a portion of our time, talent and treasure in gratitude for God’s great bounty. The Diocese of Austin — with its parishes, offices, agencies, schools and outreach ministries — has numerous volunteer opportunities and many avenues to give of your financial resources. Make a Donation

The Diocese of Austin is a tax-exempt organization and donations may be made by check, cash, credit card, electronic gift, stock transfer or planned gift.

Catholic Services Appeal

Since 1978, the Catholic Services Appeal (CSA) has provided millions of dollars toward the needs of the Diocese of Austin. Annual support from Catholics throughout Central Texas allows the diocese to continue the ministry of Jesus.

Encountering Christ Capital Campaign 

Encountering Christ is a capital and endowment campaign to build a vibrant and secure future for the Diocese of Austin. All 123 parishes and missions took part in the campaign during 2018 and 2019.

Parish Stewardship

The diocesan program provides guidelines for conducting a stewardship program in the parish. Since God has called each of us to be faithful stewards of the many gifts he has given us, stewardship is our motivation for supporting our parishes, schools and diocese. Special Collections

Special collections are taken up in the diocese throughout the year. Promotion and publication of these collections are coordinated through the Stewardship and Development Office.
